About Us

Young Leaders Montessori Casa offers a nursery program for children aged 2-5 in the heart of the beautiful Surrey Hills. Our Montessori nursery program has been running in Canada successfully for 18 years helping hundreds of children reach their full potential.

We see ourselves as community partners, helping parents and their children develop a sense of belonging, as we strive to be part of their wider family circle. We believe that children are unique and develop at their own pace, however, powered by their absorbent minds, young children have the capacity to acquire knowledge effortlessly.  

The program at Young Leaders promotes children’s development based on their learning capacity. The environment is prepared to foster children’s success and sense of self-accomplishment, while enhancing their intellectual, social, emotional and physical capabilities and skills. The prepared environment provides an inviting array of engaging activities to arouse children’s curiosity and sense of exploration. Our teachers’ primary goal is to guide the development of every child by serving as a facilitator for learning. The teacher is the child’s link to the environment, as s/he invites the child to engage in learning activities that foster every child’s constructive communication skills.
